Step 1: Preparation
Couples Interview
First, we like to know your needs. A member of our team will reach out to you and ask a few questions to get to know your story.
Introductions
We like to connect with our couples before their wedding day so everyone is beyond comfortable going in. Next, you’ll be introduced to our team.
Step 2: The Big Day
Filming & Photos
Our team will get to work capturing your wedding day from those special moments in the makeup chair to that epic dance party at the end of the night.
Additional Services
If you order additional services like a Photobooth or Guest Media Uploads we’ll coordinate everything with the venue to have them ready for you.
Step 3: Delivery
Editing
Immediately after your wedding we’ll get to work sorting through all of the photos and edit the best ones to be uploaded to your gallery.
Wedding Portal
Once completed your wedding film, photos, and other media are all uploaded to the cloud for safekeeping. Share the link with loved ones or keep it just for you.

Frequently Asked Questions
All of our work is bespoke so we don’t have a set price for any specific wedding package. The price is also largely dependent on what services you wish to include. For detailed pricing information you can contact us for a personalized quote.
Our packages generally include single camera coverage with 1 photographer, photo editing, and hosting your finished media on our Cloud Wedding Portal for 1-year. A second photographer can be included upon request.
We personally offer add-ons like Photobooths or Guest Media Uploads. On top of that our 10+ years working in the event business has allowed us to partner with some of the best in the business to provide you with all kinds of services ranging from custom mini donuts to even rabbis or officiants. Let us know what you need and we’ll help you find the right vendors.
Our typical turnaround time is 2-3 weeks. We prioritize looking through all of the images and giving every photo the appropriate amount of attention.
Yes! In fact, we love it when a couple wants to get involved in the creative process. Let us know if you’re looking to take a more hands-on approach and our photographer will work with you to put together a shot list.
We implement the same cloud workflows used by the Motion Picture Association (MPA) for feature films and TV along with a triple redundancy backup. You can rest assured that all media assets are in good hands.
Our full cancellation and rescheduling policies are outlined in our service agreement, however we typically offer a 14-day cancellation window for weddings booked at least 12-months out.
Yes. We have our standard production and liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance to the venue when needed.
Absolutely! We regularly have promotions going on. Follow us on Instagram to keep up with any offers or contests we post. We also offer special discounts to all teachers, active or former military service members, and artists or gig workers who fall under the low-income threshold.
